Christiansen Law is a Portland, Oregon law firm with a practice focused on representing employees in a variety of employment law cases including wrongful termination, whistleblowing, retaliation, discrimination and wage and hour cases. Most people who call our office are seriously frustrated and upset about an employer’s questionable conduct. Our job is to help you determine whether you have legal remedies and, if you do, to obtain resolution of your issue(s). While we cannot help everyone who calls, we are good listeners and try our best to find help for everyone, even if we are not able to provide representation.
Every client we help is a unique individual. For that reason, we take the time to get to know our clients. Together, we discuss concerns and goals. Then, we work together to achieve those goals. For some, this requires aggressive litigation. For others, it requires creative dispute resolution techniques. In the end, our goal is to help you obtain justice.
Attorney Joel Christiansen an attorney licensed to practice in Oregon. His work is focused on standing up to unlawful employment practices. Joel obtained his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and his law degree from California Western. In his free time, Joel enjoys hiking on Oregon trails, cooking and playing music.
